We’re continuing to strengthen our fabrication capabilities with significant new investments in welding and equipment.
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality metalwork solutions, we now operate four dedicated welding bays staffed by skilled fabricator welders. This expansion enables us to take on more complex and larger-scale projects while maintaining the precision and quality our customers expect.
Our new plant equipment has been carefully selected to enhance our capabilities across a variety of metals and processes. We have added two Jasik TIG welders, ideal for precise, clean welds on stainless steel and other high-specification materials. Complementing this, we have installed two Lincoln MIG welders, one of which is featured above, designed to provide fast, reliable welding for high-volume production and heavier gauge metals.
To further support our stainless steel projects, we have invested in ancillary equipment including a weld passivator machine, and a burnisher for achieving a flawless finish. These additions allow us to deliver not only structurally sound welds but also aesthetically exceptional results.
Our investment doesn’t stop with welding. We have also expanded our brake press tooling, allowing greater flexibility and precision when forming sheet metal to our customers’ exact specifications. These enhancements demonstrate our focus on equipping Laser Profiles to meet the growing and diverse needs of our clients.
The total investment in 2025 exceeded £20,000, with further upgrades planned throughout 2026. These strategic investments reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and service, ensuring Laser Profiles remains a trusted partner for both small-scale projects and large industrial fabrications.
By continually upgrading our facilities and capabilities, we can guarantee customers access to modern, efficient, and high-quality fabrication solutions delivered on time and to specification.
